Within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, we explain how personal data is processed on this website. This text tells the actual status of the site today.

Data controller
Your data is processed in order to meet your pre-assessment request and return to you. This processing is what you give when sending the form open consent based on. You can withdraw your meal anytime.

Along with the form, the submission time recorded by the server, the page you arrived on, the first page through which you entered the site, the referring address where there is one and campaign tags (UTM) where present are recorded. These are kept in order to understand which content is useful.

Automatically formed
As on each website, when you view the page, your browser sends a technical request to the hosting infrastructure. This request contains technical data such as IP address, browser and operating system information. This data is processed by the hosting provider for the provision and security purposes; it is not also stored by InterAX, used for profiling or marketing purposes.
Data we collect
Based on the preliminary evaluation form passport, ID number, bank document, health record, visa rejection certificate or diploma upload is not required. Such documents are not required for the pre-assessment. If documents are needed at a later stage, that is handled in a separate, secure flow.
Cookies
Analytics and advertising measurement are off by default. Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel load only after your explicit consent. You can change your choice later. Campaign tags are held in your browser's session storage and are deleted when you close the tab. For details, see our Cookie Policy.
Third-party services
During the display of the page, your browser sends technical request to the following services. This means that inevitably transmit your IP address to the respective provider.

Transfer abroad
The servers of the service providers listed above (Cloudflare, Google and Meta) are located outside Türkiye . For this reason, the information you provide when submitting the form and the technical records created while viewing the page are transferred abroad.
The transfer is made under Article 9 of the Turkish Data Protection Law and on the basis of your explicit consent given on the form . Analytics and advertising-measurement tools run only after the consent you give in the cookie banner; if you do not consent, no request is sent to those tools.

Retention period and deletion
Personal data submitted through the pre-assessment and appointment forms is kept in order to assess the request and for the follow-up contact.

When the period expires, records are deleted irreversibly. If you withdraw your consent earlier, your withdrawal request is processed within 30 days and your record is deleted; processing carried out until that date remains valid.

Your rights under Article 11 of the Law
Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 you have the right, in relation to your personal data, to learn whether it is being processed; to request information where it has been processed; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose; to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it has been transferred; to request correction where it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly; to request its erasure or destruction; to request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred; to object to a result reached against you through analysis carried out exclusively by automated systems; and to claim compensation where you suffer loss because of unlawful processing.

Changes to this text
