An undergraduate application differs from language school enrolment; one university application differs from applications across several countries. We first discuss your plans, timing, budget and documents, then prepare a written quote covering the support you need.

We list third-party costs separately
University application fees, tuition deposits, exams, translations, notarisation, apostilles, visas, biometrics, insurance, flights and accommodation are not consultancy fees. We list them separately in your total budget.
A low consultancy quote does not necessarily mean a low total cost. Compare all compulsory expenses as well as the consultancy fee.

Is the initial consultation free?
No. The initial assessment covers your plans and basic eligibility. If paid support is needed, we provide its scope and cost in writing.
Why is the consultancy fee different for each applicant?
Undergraduate, postgraduate, language, work and visa applications involve different tasks. We quote according to the work required.
Are university application fees included in the consultancy fee?
Usually not. We show third-party payments such as university fees, tests, translations, notarisation, visas, biometrics, insurance and postage separately.
What does the quote show?
You receive the application and document scope, timeline, consultancy fee, excluded costs and payment schedule.
How many university applications are included?
It depends on the agreed scope. We state the number of institutions and any additional application fees in the written quote before work begins.
Is visa advice charged separately?
It may be included or arranged separately depending on the programme and package. We make this clear in the quote.
Do you guarantee admission?
No. The institution decides admission and the relevant authority decides the visa. We help manage applications, documents and deadlines.
Is a scholarship guaranteed?
No. We research suitable funding and its requirements and help prepare the application. The awarding body decides the outcome.
When do I pay?
The payment schedule starts once the scope and contract are agreed. Each stage is set out in the quote.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Refunds depend on the work already completed and the contract terms. We explain cancellation and refund conditions before you sign.
Do you calculate the full study budget?
Yes. We prepare a realistic budget showing tuition, living costs, visas, insurance, flights and contingency funds separately.
