Keep the three gates apart
The target university's own application process is completed first. The university assesses the application and confirms the Universitaly pre-registration of a suitable candidate.
Pre-registration for visa purposes is made only through the official, free Universitaly portal. It does not amount to university confirmation, a visa appointment or the granting of a visa.

Why the document set differs from person to person
The academic documents for undergraduate, postgraduate, single-cycle and foundation applications are not the same. Authority to assess a diploma rests with the university; a document obtained from a diplomatic mission does not automatically determine academic admission.

For 2026/27 the general upper limit for a visa application to an ordinary degree programme is 30 November 2026; a university may set an earlier date. Your own programme date always takes precedence.
